His sire Confianza was a good racehorse in his day. He isn't a grade one, but he did win some big races. He won Swift Stakes, Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes. He placed in Y7 Breeders Cup Juvenile. Limitless Color is one of his first foals.
Ebony Gold Lady is proving her self a great dam. She wasn't a much of a racehorse in her day, besides she did beat Rising Fury once. Lady won Debutante Stakes and Just Me Distaff Y5.

Saintly Touch and Meritorious both have AMAZING classic dirt pedigrees. In the end, I made the decision to choose Saintly Touch as the winner because her parents have countless proven dirt siblings and Meritorious's parents, as of right now, do not. Limitless Color has definite flashes of turf prowess through his half siblings Dazzling Dame and Infinite Warcry and that marked him down a lot. Baciami, while he has great lines, has bloodlines that definitely tend towards the turf. Comeuppance was Little Miss Innocent's rival, and Missy's a turfer, so while he is dual surfaced he seems to me to be more well known on the turf. Cute Italian's preference is actually for the turf, not the dirt, and that led to this placing.
