Sales Contract

All horses I sell will be under this contract unless otherwise stated. Some horses may have additional or less guidelines put on them; I will let you know at the time of sale. If anybody breaks this contract, the horse will be reclaimed and/or deleted immediately. I will not sell any horses to you for a year or two. If it is a serious offense, I will never sell a horse to you. Ever. So, please abide by this contract or face my wrath xD

1. I have lifetime buybacks. This means that if you want to sell a horse I sold to you, you must ask me first if I want the horse back. If I say no, go ahead and sell the horse, but I reserve buybacks still to the horse, even with a different owner. You may not put your own buybacks on top of mine.

2. You may age the horse however you like, be it every three months, six months, once a year, or every Friday. Just make sure the horse is at least four years younger then their sire [father] and dam [mother]. This means you can speed age the horse, but please let me know if you plan on doing that.You cannot make a horse younger.

3. I need a page url within seven days of purchase. Failure to get me a url without a legitimate reason will result in the sale being terminated. Once I have the url the horse is officially yours. By giving me the url, I know that you have the horse's stats, so can delete them from my site.

4. I would like one reserve breeding to each stallion I sell. One reserve breeding to each mare I sell is not required but I'd sure like one. I would like my horses to be bred at a realistic age. The horse should be at least four years old and have somewhat of a show record on them. If the horse is a thoroughbred racehorse he/she must be retired from the track. I would also like each horse to have a realistic number of foals. A mare would have no more then ten to twelve foals in her lifetime, while a stallion I'd prefer to have a maximum of twenty. These twenty foals can not all be from a single crop; I'd prefer various ages. Crossbreeding is fine.

5. If you plan to speed age a horse, change his name, geld a colt, or any other important change please tell me before you do it just so that I'm aware. I won't stop you or anything, as the horse is yours - I'd just like to know.

Violation of this contract will result in appropriate consequences.
Though I do not keep records on the horses I sell....I will know if I have sold a horse to you and you are breaking my contract. So don't do it.
